2. Cancellation by Vantrango
Vantrango reserves the right to cancel a travel package due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political instability, or other force majeure events. In the event of such cancellations:
Full Refund: You will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
Alternative Arrangements: We may offer alternative travel dates or packages, which you may choose to accept instead of a refund.
3. Changes to Booking
Changes by Customer: If you wish to modify your booking (e.g., change travel dates or destinations), please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Changes by Vantrango: In rare cases, we may need to make changes to your itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you promptly and offer alternative arrangements. If these changes significantly impact your travel experience, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
Non-Refundable Deposits: Any deposits made at the time of booking are non-refundable.
Visa Fees: Fees for visa processing and related services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
Third-Party Service Fees: Fees paid directly to third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, local tour operators) are subject to their own refund policies, which may differ from ours.
